Job summary

INNERGY is a remote-first software provider serving the design-to-manufacturing needs of custom woodshops. We seek a skilled engineer to configure, validate, and maintain client libraries using Microvellum Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering.

You will coach clients through best practices, work directly in client libraries, and collaborate with Content Creation to tailor training materials. You will meet clients where they are, explaining complex concepts clearly and supporting them remotely across

Qualifications

Experience in CAD/CAM or design-to-manufacturing software.
Hands-on experience with Microvellum Toolbox or similar tooling.
Strong grasp of engineering libraries: configuration, validation, maintenance.
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse clients.

Responsibilities

Work closely with clients, conducting regular check-ins to review progress and roadblocks in Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering.
Build and validate product data, machining rules, and design standards in client libraries.
Provide one-on-one guidance and create/train training materials with Content Creation team.
Adapt approach for clients at varying technical levels and offer extra support as needed.
Maintain clear communication during onboarding and validation, documenting progress and fixes for the support team.
Identify and fix issues in library setup and usage, delivering practical solutions.
Relay client feedback to development and content teams to continuously improve library management and client experience.
