Job summary

INNERGY is seeking a skilled engineer to configure, build, validate, and maintain engineering libraries for Microvellum Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering. You’ll coach clients, ensure libraries are accurate, complete, and production-ready, and work directly in client libraries when needed.

You’ll collaborate with the Content Creation and Development teams, adapt to clients’ skill levels, and help drive a better library workflow across projects while maintaining clear, steady communication

Qualifications

Experience in CAD/CAM or engineering software.
Time with Microvellum Toolbox or AutoCAD-based design-to-manufacturing tools.
Solid grasp of configuring, validating, and maintaining engineering libraries.
Ability to clearly explain technical ideas to diverse users.
Experience training and supporting clients in person and remotely.
Strong organization and time management; multitask efficiently.
Patience and empathy with clients; measure success by results.

Responsibilities

Work closely with clients through regular check-ins to review progress and roadblocks.
Build and validate libraries; create and validate product data and machining rules.
Provide one-on-one guidance and collaborate with Content Creation on training materials.
Meet clients where they are; adapt to different technical skill levels.
Keep communication clear and document progress for the support team.
Identify and fix library setup and usage issues with practical solutions.
Feed client feedback to development and content teams to improve libraries.
