INNERGY is a remote-first software company serving custom manufacturers with cloud ERP tools. You will configure, build, validate, and maintain libraries in Microvellum Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering, coaching clients and ensuring libraries are accurate and production-ready.

You’ll work with clients at varying technical levels, document progress, and help improve the library management workflow through collaboration with product and content teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in CAD/CAM or engineering software.
• Hands-on time with Microvellum Toolbox or similar tools.
• Ability to configure, validate, and maintain design libraries.

Responsabilités

• Work with clients to configure, build, validate, and maintain libraries.
• Provide coaching and in‑depth guidance on best practices.
• Participate directly in client libraries to ensure accuracy and production readiness.
• Train clients and coordinate with Content Creation for materials.
• Communicate progress and issues to the support team for full visibility.
• Identify and fix library setup issues and improve engineering workflows.
• Relay client feedback to development and content teams to improve products.
