Job summary

INNERGY, a cloud ERP provider for custom manufacturers, seeks an experienced engineer to configure, build, validate, and maintain design libraries using Microvellum Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering.

You’ll work directly with clients, coaching them through best practices, validating product data and rules, and helping them adopt Toolbox and Engineering workflows across remote engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience in CAD/CAM, engineering software, or architectural millwork.
• Hands-on time with Microvellum Toolbox, INNERGY Engineering, or AutoCAD-based design-to-manufacturing tools.
• Solid grasp of engineering libraries: configuring, validating, maintaining.
• Ability to explain technical ideas clearly to power users and clients.
• Experience training and supporting clients both in person and remotely.
• Strong organization and time management to handle multiple engagements.
• Patience, empathy, and focus on client results.

Responsibilities

• Hold regular check-ins with clients to review progress and roadblocks in Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering.
• Build and validate libraries, product data, machining rules, and design standards.
• Train clients with one-on-one guidance and collaborate on training materials.
• Meet clients where they are, adapting to different technical skill levels.
• Keep communication clear by documenting progress, issues, and fixes.
• Solve library setup and usage problems and provide practical solutions.
• Provide client feedback to development and content teams to improve the product.
