INNERGY is seeking a Library Specialist to configure, validate, and maintain engineering libraries for clients using Microvellum Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering. You’ll coach clients through best practices, sometimes working directly in client libraries to ensure accuracy and production readiness.

You’ll train clients, adapt to varying technical levels, and keep documentation up to date. This remote role focuses on improving libraries and client experience across regions.

Formación

• Experience in CAD/CAM, engineering software, or architectural millwork.
• Hands-on with Microvellum Toolbox or INNERGY Engineering or AutoCAD-based tools.
• Knowledge of how to configure, validate, and maintain engineering libraries.
• Ability to explain technical ideas clearly to power users and clients.
• Experience training and supporting clients in person and remotely.
• Strong organization and time management; manage several engagements.
• Patience and empathy with clients; measure success by results.

Responsabilidades

• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and goals.
• Hold regular check-ins to review progress and roadblocks in Toolbox and Engineering.
• Build and validate libraries for design-to-manufacturing workflows.
• Help clients create and validate product data, machining rules, and standards.
• Train and support clients; create relevant training materials with Content Creation.
• Meet clients where they are and tailor support to their technical level.
• Maintain clear, steady communication and document progress and fixes.
• Identify and fix issues in library setup and usage with practical solutions.
• Pass feedback to development and content teams to improve the product.
