Job summary

INNERGY is a remote-first company building cloud ERP for custom manufacturers. You’ll join as a Library Engineer, configuring, building, validating, and maintaining engineering libraries in Microvellum Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering to support design-to-manufacturing workflows.

You’ll coach clients, train them, and adapt to varying skill levels while collaborating with Content, Development, and Support to keep libraries accurate and the product improving.

Qualifications

• CAD/CAM or engineering software experience.
• Hands-on with Microvellum Toolbox or similar tooling.
• Strong ability to explain technical ideas clearly to clients and power users.
• Experience training clients in person and remotely.
• Excellent organization and time management.
• Patience and empathy with clients.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients and hold regular check-ins to review progress.
• Build and validate libraries, product data, and design standards.
• Train clients and create helpful training materials with Content Creation team.
• Adapt approach for clients at all technical levels and provide extra support.
• Maintain clear, ongoing communication during onboarding and validation.
• Identify and fix library setup and usage issues with practical solutions.
• Relay client feedback to Product and Content teams to improve the libraries.
