• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on an intermittent basis.
• Ability to read, write, and follow work instructions in English.
• Basic math skills to interpret process sheets, SOP manuals, and production documents.
• Ability to stand, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Commitment to following PPE and workplace safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assemble cable products according to work instructions and product specifications.

• Operate and maintain production equipment and tools used during assembly processes.
• Complete quality inspections to ensure products meet required specifications.
• Accurately track materials used during manufacturing processes.

• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times.
