Job summary

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Loadbanks Assemblers for a leading manufacturing company in Faribault, MN. This temporary/contract role offers reliable hours and weekly pay in a fast-paced environment.

You will build electromechanical components, mount devices, wire, and perform OHM testing to verify assembly per drawings. Read BOMs, perform quality checks, and maintain a safe workspace while supporting production needs.

Qualifications

• Must read and interpret instructions, drawings, and electrical schematics.
• Able to safely operate equipment and inspect finished components.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 25 pounds and performing manual tasks.
• Strong attention to detail with problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electromechanical components per engineering prints and specifications.
• Mount devices, complete wiring, and perform OHM testing to verify assemblies.
• Read bills of materials, schematics, diagrams, and work instructions.
• Perform in-process quality checks and escalate nonconformance as needed.
• Follow work orders to meet quantities and specifications.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Complete required production documentation for compliance.
• Assist with additional duties to support assembly operations.

Schedule: 2nd Shift | 3:30pm-2:00am | Monday-Thursday

What You’ll Do as a Loadbanks Assembler

• Build and assemble electromechanical components according to engineering prints and specifications
• Mount devices, complete wiring, and perform OHM testing to verify proper assembly
• Read and interpret bills of materials, schematics, diagrams, and work instructions
• Perform in-process quality checks and elevate nonconformance issues as needed
• Follow work orders to produce parts within required quantities and specifications
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Complete required documentation to support production and compliance processes
• Assist with additional duties and projects to support assembly operations

What You Need to Bring to the Loadbanks Assembler Role

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, drawings, and electrical schematics
• Ability to safely operate equipment and inspect finished components
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and perform frequent physical tasks with or without reasonable accommodations
