Doherty Staffing Solutions in Faribault, MN is seeking a Cable Print Machine Operator to safely operate cable print machines and produce high-quality products. You will read SOPs, complete production paperwork, and assist with equipment setup and teardown on a fast-paced line.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of machine operation or strong mechanical aptitude, plus 2+ years in manufacturing, a HS diploma or GED, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and read/write English.

Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 5:00 AM-3:30 PM

What You'll Do as a Cable Print Machine Operator

• Safely operate cable print machines to manufacture cable products according to quality standards
• Read, understand, and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and production processes
• Complete and maintain required production paperwork and data entry records
• Use and maintain hand tools for machine setup, operation, and equipment teardown
• Perform quality control inspections and checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Monitor equipment performance and report issues as needed

What You Need to Bring to the Cable Print Machine Operator Role

• High school diploma or GED required
• At least 2 years of machine operation experience or strong mechanical aptitude
• At least 2 years of manufacturing experience
• Ability to understand how manufacturing equipment works together in a production line
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds intermittently with or without reasonable accommodations
