Job summary

Doherty Staffing Solutions is seeking a Loadbanks Assembler in Faribault, MN. This temporary/contract role offers $20.00 per hour with weekly pay and a first shift of 5:00am–3:30pm, Monday–Thursday.

Responsibilities include assembling electromechanical components, wiring, OHM testing, and reading schematics and bills of materials. A high school diploma and ability to lift up to 25 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, drawings, and electrical schematics.
• Ability to safely operate equipment and inspect finished components.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and perform frequent physical tasks with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail with problem-solving and organizational skills.
