Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring a Cable Assembler for a Faribault, MN facility. The 1st shift runs Monday through Friday with steady hours, and weekly pay.

You will assemble cable products according to SOPs and work instructions in a hands-on manufacturing environment. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 1 year of manufacturing experience, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds intermittently.
• Ability to read, write, and understand work instructions in English.
• Basic math skills and ability to interpret process sheets and SOPs.
• Reliable transportation to the Faribault area.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Ability to comply with PPE standards (eye, hand, foot, and hearing protection).

Responsibilities

• Assemble cable products according to work instructions and specifications.
