Doherty Staffing Solutions in Faribault, MN is seeking a Cable Print Machine Operator to safely operate cable print machines and produce high-quality products. You will read SOPs, complete production paperwork, and assist with equipment setup and teardown on a fast-paced line.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of machine operation or strong mechanical aptitude, plus 2+ years in manufacturing, a HS diploma or GED, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and read/write English.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of machine operation experience or strong mechanical aptitude.
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read, write and follow written instructions in English.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds intermittently and work safely.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate cable print machines to manufacture products per quality standards.
• Read and follow SOPs and production processes.
• Complete production paperwork and data entry records.
• Use hand tools for setup, operation and teardown.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure specs are met.
• Monitor equipment performance and report issues.
