Job summary

Quincaillerie Richelieu Ltée/Richelieu Hardware Ltd in Auburn, WA seeks a Customer Service Representative to support order entry, quotes, and showroom assistance. This full-time role reports to the Operations Manager and focuses on accuracy and timely service for our closet solutions.

You will interact with customers by phone and in person, collaborate with outside sales, and contribute to a friendly, efficient team.

Qualifications

• Related experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of Cabinetry, Kitchen & Bath or similar Building Materials
• Developed customer service, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Team-oriented, shows initiative
• Strong sense of drive and creativity
• AS400 experience preferred but not mandatory
• High School graduate, some college courses preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; must be able to effectively use Excel, Word, Outlook for daily responsibilities and tasks

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls from customers placing orders as well as provide sales quotes
• Work closely alongside outside sales representatives with customer orders and quotes
• Assist walk-in customers in the showroom with questions and order placement
• Solicit new or complimentary sales for customers via phone as well as face-to-face in the showroom
• Research product solutions for customers to solve field-project issues
• Hours of operation are Monday to Friday dayshift.
