Job summary

Richelieu Hardware is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Massachusetts to provide customer service support, verify order information, and assist showroom customers. This role focuses on supporting closet solutions with strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.

Ideal candidates have related experience, cabinetry knowledge, and proficiency in MS Office. Monday–Friday dayshift; join a stable North American distributor offering benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Related experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of Cabinetry, Kitchen & Bath or similar Building Materials.
• Developed customer service, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Team-oriented, shows initiative.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; Excel/Word/Outlook for daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls from customers placing orders and provide sales quotes.
• Work closely with outside sales reps on orders and quotes.
• Assist walk-in customers in the showroom with questions and orders.
• Solicit new or complimentary sales via phone and showroom.
• Research product solutions to solve field-project issues.
• Hours of operation are Monday to Friday dayshift.
