Richelieu Hardware Ltd in Auburn, WA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional service by accurately processing orders, preparing timely quotes, and supporting customers in the showroom and over the phone.

You'll work closely with outside sales, help identify product solutions for field projects, and strive to exceed customer expectations using Excel, Outlook, and AS400.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with building materials or cabinetry is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and provide sales quotes.
• Process orders and coordinate with outside sales reps.
• Assist showroom walk-ins with questions and orders.
• Solicit new sales in showroom and via phone.
• Research product solutions for field-project issues.
• Hours Monday to Friday dayshift.
