Job summary

Altria Client Services LLC in Richmond, VA seeks a Manager, C3 Operations Logistics & Services to lead third-party workforce activities for the Cofer Conversion Center (C3). The role focuses on directing operations, budgeting, and compliance to support manufacturing across Altria operating companies.

You will collaborate with internal and external partners, manage contracts, and drive process improvements while maintaining strong financial and regulatory controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, logistics, production planning, supply chain, or inventory management within manufacturing.
• Advanced proficiency of Microsoft Office; working knowledge of manufacturing inventory systems (e.g., SAP).
• Demonstrated problem-solving and project leadership in manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee third-party workforce and liaise between third-party org and Altria operations.
• Maintain relationships with supporting third-party organizations and provide resources as needed.
• Understand and manage contracts, renewals, and extensions with third parties.
• Oversee facility utilities and manage annual cost-center budgets and end-of-month charge backs.
• Lead execution of ongoing work: returns, tax stamping, product destruction, consumer complaints, etc.
• Receive work requests from operating companies and coordinate with partners to deliver needs.
• Ensure compliance with legal, tax, and regulatory implications and plan for future needs.
• Maintain knowledge of SAP, ODC, Altria Buyer and other key systems.
