Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with data-driven mindset.
• Strong organizational skills with emphasis on accuracy and timely execution.
• Effective verbal and written communication across teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
• Internship/academic/project experience in business operations or analytics preferred.
• Experience with business systems or reporting tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day procurement operations and resolve process issues for efficient Source-to-Pay execution.
• Assist with procurement systems administration, data management, and user support.
• Supervise data quality and controls to promote accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and analyses to support decision-making.
• Participate in projects to improve procurement methods and user experience.
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and service providers to address operational needs.
