Altria Client Services LLC in Richmond, VA is seeking a Team Lead to guide manufacturing teams in translating business strategies into actionable on‑the‑floor plans. You will manage staffing, resources, and schedules to meet production and quality goals.

You will coach and develop staff, drive continuous improvement, monitor performance metrics, and coordinate maintenance activities. Leadership experience in manufacturing with strong problem solving and the ability to adapt to 2nd or 3rd shifts

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 4-year apprenticeship with 3 years of leadership experience.
• In lieu of education, 5 years of manufacturing leadership experience accepted.
• Experience with production maintenance and Lean principles preferred.
• Ability to coach and lead employees in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage resources and staffing to meet production goals and compliance.
• Develop teams and implement problem‑solving and continuous improvement.
• Mentor and recognize performance, administering rewards as appropriate.
• Develop and monitor actionable measures linking unit performance to goals.
• Coordinate troubleshooting, maintenance activities to meet schedules.
• Share information to focus problem solving and process improvement.
