Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, Information Systems or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to use data to identify risks, opportunities and improvements.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to accuracy, quality and timely execution.
• Effective verbal and written communication, with ability to build relationships across teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to learn new systems, processes, technologies, and business applications quickly.
• Internship, academic, or project experience in business ops, procurement, logistics, finance, analytics or process improvement preferred.
• Experience with business systems, reporting tools, or enterprise apps preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day procurement operations and resolve process issues for efficient Source-to-Pay execution.
• Assist with procurement systems administration, data management, and user support activities.
• Oversee procurement data quality and controls to promote accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and analyses to provide insights for decision-making.
• Participate in projects to improve procurement methods, systems and user experience.
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and service providers to address operational needs.
• Maintain process documentation, training materials, and knowledge resources.
• Support audit, compliance, and governance activities and strengthen controls.
