Job summary

Altria Client Services in Richmond, VA seeks a Manager, C3 Operations Logistics & Services to lead the third-party workforce at the Cofer Conversion Center (C3) and support manufacturing operations. You will direct cross-functional initiatives, manage budgets, and ensure compliant, efficient operations.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing/logistics, strong communication skills, and proficiency with SAP and related systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Validated systems and MS Office proficiency; SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee third-party workforce and act as liaison between third-party org and Altria’s operating companies.
• Maintain relationships with supporting third-party organizations and provide technical/support services.
• Understand contracts and manage changes, renewals, extensions as needed.
• Oversee facility utilities and budget; establish annual cost-center budgets at C3.
• Lead ongoing work like returned goods processing, tax stamping, product destruction, and consumer complaint processing.
• Coordinate requests from operating companies to deliver business needs and adapt to changes.
• Ensure compliance with legal, tax, and regulatory requirements.
• Plan future needs and build workforce to meet demand; use SAP, ODC, and Altria Buyer systems.
