Job summary
The Phoenix Group Advisors in New York seeks a Senior IT Support Specialist to deliver elite, white-glove IT support for executive technology needs, focusing on Windows and Apple ecosystems, M365, and enterprise collaboration. You will partner with senior leadership, provide rapid troubleshooting, proactive maintenance, and secure support to keep executives productive and disruptions to a minimum.
Onsite availability is required 9–5, with after-hours travel as needed.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support for executives or senior leadership.
- Proven enterprise support for Apple iOS in corporate environments.
- Strong knowledge of Outlook and O365/M365 (Teams, OneNote).
- Excellent communication, professionalism, and discretion.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-touch IT support for senior executives and assistants.
- Support iOS devices via MDM and device provisioning.
- Troubleshoot and maintain enterprise collaboration apps (Outlook/Teams/Office).
- Coordinate triage with admins and executives to minimize disruption.
- Offer onsite support 9am–5pm, with after-hours travel as needed.
- Escalate complex issues to Tier 2/3 while owning incidents.
