We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive/Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to two senior leaders within a growing private equity and credit firm. This role requires exceptional professionalism, strong judgment, and the ability to manage complex schedules, travel, and day-to-day operational needs with discretion.

Key Responsibilities
- Calendar & Scheduling: Manage complex and frequently changing calendars, including internal/external meetings across multiple time zones.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel logistics (flights, hotels, ground transport, itineraries).
- Executive Support: Provide daily administrative and operational support to two executives, ensuring follow-through and accuracy on all commitments.
- Communication Liaison: Draft, review, and manage correspondence on behalf of executives with professionalism and discretion.
- Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, materials, and follow-up actions to support high-level business meetings.
- Personal Assistance: Provide occasional personal support including errands, reservations, and other ad hoc needs to enable executive focus on core responsibilities.
- Office & Vendor Management: Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless operations.
- Project Support: Assist with light research, data organization, and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5–7 years of Executive or Personal Assistant experience supporting senior executives.
- Background in financial services, private equity, or professional services preferred; open to candidates from other fast-paced industries.
- Exceptional organizational skills with proven ability to manage shifting priorities.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills and a positive, approachable style.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and modern collaboration tools.
