Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years of age and eligible to work in the United States.
• Able to communicate with customers in English and work in a busy environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to train and supervise staff.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain outstanding customer service in the c-store.
• Control shrink, expenses, and schedule employees per guidelines.
• Ensure merchandise levels and perishables are in date and stocked with signage.
• Train employees and verify certifications are current as required.
• Handle money with accuracy and operate POS and store equipment.
• Prepare Daily Activity Reports and fuel surveys; cover shifts as needed.
• Assist in travel to other district locations to support staffing needs.
