Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure each customer receives outstanding service and a customer-friendly environment.
• Control shrink, expenses, and schedule employees per guidelines.
• Maintain merchandise stock levels and ensure perishables have valid dates.
• Ensure compliance with policies and certify employees and equipment as required.
• Handle money and train staff to operate POS and store equipment accurately.
• Maintain standards to meet Terrible Herbst Operational Excellence Programs.
• Prepare Daily Activity Reports and the daily fuel survey.
• Support district staffing needs by traveling to other locations and covering shifts.
