Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years of age, proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Computer proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a customer friendly environment.
• Control shrink, expenses, and schedule employees per guideline set by management.
• Ensure appropriate merchandise stock levels and signage, including perishables.
• Ensure employees are trained and compliant with policies and certifications.
• Handle cash and POS processes to minimize errors and shortages.
• Maintain operational standards and participate in daily reporting and surveys.
• Cover open shifts and travel to other district locations as needed.
