Responsibilities

• Control shrink, manage expenses, and schedule employees per guidelines.

• Train staff and ensure certifications are current as required.
• Prepare Daily Activity Reports and fuel surveys.
• Cover open shifts and travel to district locations as needed.
• Be on-call to support store demands and maintain operational excellence.
