Job summary

Refuel is seeking a C-Store Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations and drive efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You will assist with hiring, training, and developing team members while keeping a clean, well-stocked, and customer-ready store.

The role requires flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays. Prior retail or food service experience is preferred and the position includes competitive pay, benefits, and growth

Qualifications

• Retail, food service, or customer service experience required.
• Basic math at an eighth-grade level.
• On-the-job training is provided for all new team members.

Responsibilities

• Work five days per week, including some weekends when the Store Manager is off.
• Lead and assist staff to maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Deliver prompt, courteous service to every customer.
• Ensure compliance with beverage laws and accurately handle cash.
• Support daily store operations and meet company standards.
