Job summary

Terrible's is hiring an Assistant Manager Trainee at our Las Vegas location to oversee store operations, fuel pumps, and daily profitability. You will manage personnel, merchandising, and compliance while ensuring superior customer service.

The role requires leadership in a fast-paced c-store environment, with responsibilities spanning scheduling, inventory control, and training. Willingness to travel between district locations and cover shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years of age and eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to communicate with customers in a busy environment.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 45 lbs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer proficient and able to operate POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers receive outstanding service in a friendly environment.
• Control shrink, expenses, and schedule employees per guidelines.
• Maintain merchandise stock levels and signage on the selling floor.
• Train staff and ensure certifications and policies are followed.
• Prepare daily activity reports and fuel surveys.
• Cover open shifts and travel between district locations as needed.
