Job summary

Refuel is seeking a C-Store Manager MIT to lead daily store operations, including scheduling, training, and supervising team members and the assistant manager. This hourly non-exempt, full-time role reports to the District Manager and operates at an assigned store with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities include managing labor, inventories, pricing, and promotions while ensuring customer satisfaction, safety, and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• C-store and/or retail management experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Company policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
• Be responsible for store profits and controllable expenses including labor and inventory.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members to deliver excellent customer service.
• Schedule labor hours to align with customer traffic and Store Labor Model targets.
• Ensure inventory levels are maintained and daily operations are well organized.
