Job summary

Refuel is seeking a C-Store Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, emphasize customer service, and help develop the team. This role involves hiring, training, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked store to deliver an excellent guest experience.

Applicants should have retail or customer service experience and be able to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends. On-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work five days per week, including some weekends, to meet business needs.
• Lead and assist staff, ensuring store coverage and daily workflow.
• Ensure compliance with city, county, and state beverage laws.
• Provide prompt, courteous service and maintain cleanliness and stock on the floor.
• Aim for store inspection scores of 90% or higher and uphold customer-ready standards.
