Job summary

Invictus Home Team in Lexington, KY is seeking a Buyers Agent to grow with the top 20% of real estate professionals in North America. We provide models, systems, tools, coaching, training and accountability to help you succeed, with opportunities for revenue share, health benefits, growth share, vesting and investing.

In this role you will execute lead generation, host open houses, convert prospects to appointments, follow team standards, and participate in coaching, trainings and partner calls.

Responsibilities

• Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly.
• Conduct two open houses monthly.
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments.
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards.
• Participate in team activities per team standards.
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, and Partner Call.
• Consult with buyers, confirm signed buyer agreements, identify homes.
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers.
• Track activities and clients with PLACE Technology.

Compensation

$90,000 - $110,000 USD Yearly
