PLACE Network Agents in Baton Rouge invites you to join a high-performance Buyers Agent team. You will work in a commission-based environment, leveraging PLACE systems, coaching, and technology to grow a top-tier client base and close deals efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly.
• Convert prospecting into appointments and host two open houses monthly.
• Participate in weekly script practice and team activities.
• Attend weekly 1:1 coaching, trainings, and Partner Call.
• Consult with buyers and secure signed buyer agreements.
• Write and negotiate offers for buyers.
• Track activities using PLACE Technology.

Responsibilities

• Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly
• Conduct two open houses monthlyConvert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, and Partner Call
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers
• Track activities and clients with PLACE Technology

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

Compensation

$70,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
