Vectrona, LLC in Arlington, VA is seeking a senior business systems analyst to support the National Guard Bureau issuance-management and workflow improvement initiatives. This on-site role focuses on optimizing processes, information governance, and documentation across SharePoint and related tools.
You will partner with government stakeholders to analyze workflows, develop SOPs, dashboards, and reports, ensuring changes meet security and compliance requirements.

This specialized role combines business-systems analysis with issuance-management support for the NGB Executive Secretariat. The position helps Government stakeholders improve workflow systems, information management, records practices, and organizational processes while supporting the disciplined development and management of official issuances. The goal is not technology for technology’s sake—it is to make headquarters work more visible, efficient, accountable, and reliable for the people making mission decisions.
