Travel: Minimal; occasional local NCR and limited CONUS travel may be required

The Senior Project Analyst / Site Lead is the on-site leader responsible for helping Vectrona deliver reliable, high-quality staff action support to the National Guard Bureau Executive Secretariat. This position sits at the intersection of customer mission execution, workforce leadership, quality oversight, and executive-level coordination. The Site Lead helps ensure senior NGB leaders receive timely, accurate, and professionally coordinated support while building a team that takes ownership of outcomes and continuously improves how the mission is delivered.
Full-time employment is contingent upon contract award, customer requirements, verification of work authorization, satisfactory background screening, and the ability to satisfy the clearance requirements of the assigned position.
