• Build relationships with corporate cardholders and tailor American Express solutions based on their needs.
• Acquire new business customers with annual company income between $500,000 and $10 million through telephone sales.
• Deliver business solutions to prospects through American Express retail stores.
• Manage a pipeline of potential customers and consistently improve sales skills such as building relationships, understanding customer needs, managing barriers, and closing sales.
• Make outbound calls to business owners with annual revenues between $500,000 and $10 million using a target list provided by American Express.
• Engage with business owners and decision makers in phone conversations, learn about their needs, and recommend the right American Express business products.
• Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge, effectively communicating product features and benefits of American Express Small Business products.
• Follow Blue Box Standards, GCS Selling Practices, Standard Operating Procedures, and American Express Guiding Practices.
