A leading company is seeking a Business Solutions Advisor to design and implement customer solutions. This role involves relationship management, project oversight, and collaboration with sales teams. The Business Solutions Advisor is responsible for the successful solution design, validation, planning, management, and execution of implementation for complex customer programs. This role provides post-implementation oversight and relationship management for select customers. It supports the Field Sales organization and collaborates with customers and internal teams to deliver program requirements.

Experience in returns solutions, onsite mail, parcel, and print solutions for higher education, corporate, and hotel sectors. Expertise in customer need discovery, user interviews, technical deep-dives, and executive readouts. Ability to translate customer needs into measurable value, with tracking and reporting mechanisms.
This salary range is an estimate based on potential locations and job levels. Actual pay depends on experience, market, location, and other factors. Benefits include health, vision, dental, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
U.S. Range: $5,364.26 to $9,476.86 per month.
The position can be based anywhere in the U.S., excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and territories. Some on-site work may be required.
