This is a contract opportunity that is hybrid to downtown Chicago.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze, configure, and implement eCommerce, AI, Personalization, and Marketing systems.
• Track and coordinate project dependencies across product teams.
• Capture business requirements and create functional specifications.
• Develop product and technical documentation.
• Create process documentation and training materials.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of technical and functional business experience.
• 2+ years of recent BA work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.

Pay: 35/hr W2
