Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers on open searches, assess recruitment needs, search strategies, and candidate selection.
• Source candidates for assigned coverage areas using various sourcing tools and platforms.
• Schedule and conduct virtual and onsite interviews.
• Prepare and present offers to candidates.
• Utilize agencies to maintain a robust candidate pipeline.
• Maintain reports and metrics for assigned coverage areas.
• Perform reference checks and background checks.
• Assist with the onboarding process of new hires.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6-8 years of recruiting experience within a professional services environment.
