You will ensure policy compliance, manage billing, collections and resident funds while supervising staff and coordinating with center leadership. The role requires strong accounting knowledge and prior LTAC experience, with a focus on accuracy and patient care support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; five years of long-term care billing/collection experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid processes and resident trust funds.
• Experience supervising 2+ staff and coordinating with multiple departments.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all business office functions and ensure policy compliance.
• Meet payroll-related deadlines and manage timecard approvals.
• Maintain controls for cash handling and posting.
• Oversee census, billing, adjustments, collections, write-offs, and deposits.
• Manage Resident Trust Fund procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Lead monthly financial reviews with center leadership and CBO coordination.
