Genesis HealthCare in Montgomery County, PA, seeks a Business Office Manager to oversee revenue cycle operations in a long-term care center. You will supervise office staff, manage payroll deadlines, billing, Medicaid Pending, and resident funds while ensuring policy compliance and financial controls.

You will collaborate with the Center Executive Director, CBO, and other departments, drive RCM goals, and participate in audits and month-end close while delivering high-quality resident service.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ experience in long-term care billing and collection.
• Experience with state and federal regulations governing resident funds.
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle processes including census, billing, collections, and Medicaid Pending.
• Experience supervising office staff and coordinating cross-functional requests.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all business office functions and ensure policy compliance.
• Meet deadlines for payroll-related timecards and time-off requests.
• Manage billing processes, write-offs, deposits, and collections.
• Supervise 2+ full-time staff and delegate tasks as needed.
• Ensure privacy and confidentiality of resident financial information.
• Coordinate with Revenue Cycle Manager and Centralized Billing Office (CBO).
• Prepare for internal/external audits and support financial reporting.
• Maintain strong customer service for residents and families.
