Responsibilities include census management, billing, Medicaid tracking, and interdepartmental collaboration to ensure accurate patient accounts and timely reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Accounting or finance coursework preferred.
• At least five years of billing and collections experience.
• Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Management systems and metrics.
• Collaborative mindset with ability to lead and develop a business office team.
• Professionalism when working with residents, families, and center leaders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full revenue cycle from pre-admission to discharge.
• Lead census management, billing, collections, adjustments, and Medicaid tracking.
• Collaborate with Admissions, Clinical Reimbursement, and Social Services for accurate patient accounts.
• Serve as financial liaison during admission and discharge obligations.
