Job summary

Laurel Ridge Treatment Center is seeking a Business Office Manager to lead the Revenue Cycle Management function within the center’s business office and administration team. The BOM will supervise staff, ensure policy compliance, and drive timely billing, collections, and Medicaid Pending activities in a long-term care setting.

The role requires strong experience in LTC billing, staff leadership, and coordinating with executive leadership to meet financial goals and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school degree with a minimum of five years’ experience in long term care billing and collection experience preferred.
• Accounting/finance coursework is recommended.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train business office staff (Assistant BOM, Bookkeeper, Receptionists).
• Meet payroll-related deadlines for timecards and time-off requests.
• Maintain policy compliance across RCM processes (census, billing, adjustments, collections, Medicaid Pending).
• Oversee month-end close, data entry, and reconciliation tasks.
• Manage Resident Trust Fund procedures and Medicaid Pending tracking.
