Company Description

Job Description
  • Maintain basic knowledge of computer software and internet applications.
  • Maintain resident, business office, and employee files.
  • Perform Human Resources functions by conducting new hire orientation and administering benefits.
  • Assist in answering resident billing issues and maintain the ancillary charge worksheet weekly.
  • Ensure timely deposits of move-in deposits and rents.
  • Send monthly delinquent notices and follow collection guidelines.
  • Process resident lease renewal letters.
  • Ensure accurate payroll preparation and timely reporting to the corporate office.
  • Process accounts payable procedures promptly and accurately.
  • Keep all proprietary, financial, and resident information confidential.
  • Monitor petty cash disbursements and reconcile to replenish.
  • Maintain confidentiality of the office, records, and restricted information.
  • Understand and participate in the safety and disaster plan.
  • Participate in the Manager on Duty program.
  • Attend community events, training, in-service, and staff meetings.
  • Promote a safe working environment by preventing accidents and preserving equipment.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with residents, visitors, families, and co-workers.
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures of Senior Lifestyle Corporation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in Human Resources or Accounting is preferred.
  • Experience in senior housing or long-term care is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are required.
