Northwest Florida State College is seeking a full-time, nine-month Assistant Professor of Business and Management to join the Business, Hospitality & Management Department.

The successful candidate will provide high-quality instruction across multiple levels of the College's curriculum, including upper-division courses within bachelor's degree programs, lower-division courses within Associate of Science degree programs, and lower-division business courses supporting Associate of Arts students

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration or related field from a regionally accredited institution.
• Option for master's in another field with 18 graduate hours in business disciplines.
• Proven commitment to student learning and ongoing professional growth.
• Excellent written, oral, interpersonal, and organizational communication.

Responsabilités

• Teach 9-month, full instructional load across multiple business courses.
• Deliver upper- and lower-division Business and Management courses.
• Contribute to curriculum development and program assessment.
• Support student retention, progression, and transfer pathways.
• Provide instruction across in-person, hybrid, and online modalities.
• Engage with regional employers to keep curriculum relevant.
