Motlow College seeks an Adjunct Instructor - Business to deliver quality instruction in business across on-ground, online, and hybrid formats. You will work with course leads to ensure consistent student experiences, manage LMS materials, and update syllabi before classes begin.

Applicants should hold a Master’s in Business Administration and may have related industry or teaching experience; familiarity with MS Office and working with diverse student groups is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Administration.
• Knowledge of diverse instructional delivery modes (on-ground, online, hybrid).
• Ability to provide equitable student experiences and timely communications.

Responsibilities

• Teach courses via on-ground, online and hybrid or web-enhanced delivery modes as assigned.
• Use the College’s LMS to provide course materials and update syllabi.
• Submit final grades by Registrar deadlines and complete required reports.
• Respond to emails within 48 hours and comply with policies.
