• Maintain currency in the subject area and engage in professional development.
• Monitor and document student progress to ensure achievement of learning outcomes.
• Participate in curriculum development and assessment to increase student success.
• Engage in textbook adoption and energy toward low-cost options for students.
• Provide academic advising and participate in shared governance and college committees.
• Maintain regular office hours and collaborate with peers on equity-minded pedagogy.
