Qualifications
- MBA or related master's with >=18 graduate credit hours in management/business.
- Experience teaching undergraduate courses with evidence of effective instruction.
- Experience in online or hybrid course delivery preferred.
- Evidence of successful teaching and research or professional practice desirable.
Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate general business courses as assigned.
- Prepare syllabi, lectures, materials, and assessments.
- Maintain office hours and timely communication with students and staff.
- Participate in departmental, college, and university meetings and evaluations.
- Utilize LMS and campus-wide technologies to support teaching.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and service to the university.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
