Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or related field.
• Minimum 18 graduate hours in management or related business disciplines.
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Experience with instructional technology and college-level programs.
• Ability to work cooperatively with students, faculty, staff, and the public.

Responsibilities

• Develop program and course outlines, goals, objectives, lesson plans, and instructional materials for credit courses.
• Evaluate student progress and attainment of learning outcomes.
• Prepare and maintain required documentation, reports, and budget needs.
• Advise and mentor students; assist with recruitment, retention, and job placement activities.
• Participate in professional development, committees, and other duties as assigned.
