Virtuos in Los Angeles is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand our client base and drive long-term success across North America. You will build strong relationships with clients and collaborate with internal teams to deliver strategic opportunities.

Typical duties include pipeline management, contract negotiations, and coordinating with production to align proposals with client needs. Strong communication and travel readiness are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–4 years' business development experience in related industry.
• Ability to work with direct and external partners.
• Fluent English communication, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop pipeline of opportunities to achieve sales targets and overcome customer obstacles.
• Manage Salesforce process and pipeline for the assigned area.
• Strengthen existing accounts to increase revenue and relationships.
• Evaluate opportunities with production, negotiate and close contracts, and coordinate on-site visits.
