Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Food Science, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales or business development with technical products, industrial equipment, or manufacturing solutions, filtration experience preferred.
• Experience prospecting, developing, and acquiring new industrial/manufacturing customers.
• Experience managing technical sales opportunities through qualification to order conversion.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM to manage opportunities and pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize, and pursue new customers with no existing relationship, and recover inactive accounts across the US and Canada.
• Develop and execute targeted acquisition and win-back strategies, including prospecting and opportunity qualification.
• Engage with engineering, operations, procurement, and other decision-makers to identify filtration needs and provide solutions.
• Lead opportunities from initial engagement through evaluations, negotiations, and first orders, coordinating with regional teams.
• Build and maintain a new-business pipeline and provide market intelligence to support growth.
